All,
Tony Thompson and Donna Hinson are busy with personal things and I have agreed to help coordinate some things for our 30 year class reunion. Denise Carland-Nash and LaDonna Lentz-Doggette have also agreed to help me with this while keeping Tony and Donna informed along the way. With that said, here are the logistics:
When: November 21, 2009
Where: The Speedway Club in Concord, NC
Time: 7PM to Midnight
Cost: Estimated to be $50.00 per Person. This will be based on the number of persons that attend and a final breakdown will not be available until around September 15.
Summary of what we need from you
- Respond to us whether you plan to attend or not. Our email information is below. Simply respond via email and let us know if you plan to attend or not. If you do not plan to attend, please let us know so we do not continue to reach out to you. We do not need an explanation.
- Payment: Do NOT send money at this time. Begin sending your money on October 15 so that I have it by Friday November 13. I will cover the deposits and I do not wish to hold your money but at the same time the Speedway Club has been explicit that we can only have the number of persons in the event for which we planned and paid.
- We want to make every effort to contact each classmate in hopes of their attending; therefore, please pass the note to as many of your classmates as possible and have them respond.
- Identify in your note to us any classmates that have passed on since graduation.
Why are we asking for more than an email address?
If your email address gets cancelled, lost, input wrong, etc. there may be no other way to contact you.
